For moths I have problem with my shoulder and it’s not getting better, so I decided to do some rehabilitation and massage plus from this week to stop train for at least 2 weeks 🙏 hope it’s going to help. Anyway… do you see a smile face on my shoulder? Or it’s just me seeing it 😀At least my shoulder have some fun, me I am a little down, as I can’t push trainings how I want.
